Video, e-mail will drive social media in 2011
Social media site Mashable makes four ocial media predictions for 2011. These include:
- YouTube will pass Yahoo in website traffic
- Return of Email
- Large companies will focus on the wrong metrics
- Ads and conversion will impact rates.
I’m not sure which of these predictions will hold true, but they are bold nonetheless. Do you have any thoughts about which social media trends will emerge in 2011?
